Chef Frankie Guerrero
Executive Chef, Frankie Guerrero, brings years of culinary experience with a focus on comfort food. Chef Frankie G. has worked at some of Los Angeles most notable popups and restaurants supporting high-profile chefs. Chef Frankie G. made his mark in the Los Angeles food scene opening and operating fried chicken sandwich and burger concepts with Chef Ludo Lefebvre, Chef Neal Fraser’s Fritzi Coop (later operating as CDC at Arts District Brewery Co.) and most recently Chef Timothy Hollingsworth’s C.J. Boyd’s and Free Play. His Most current project’s include having his hands in supporting Chain, a focus on elevating chain restaurant favorites, owned and operated by Chef Timothy Hollingsworth, B.J. Novak, Jack Davis and Nicholas Kraft. Chef Frankie G. continues to create these Los Angeles favorites that are presented exclusively at The Bourbon Room.
Chef Jessica T. Luevano
Jessica T. Luevano is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu with eleven years of industry experience. Luevano has worked extensively in private locations, providing Michelin-styled dining experiences to USC’s UCLUB and Disney’s Club 33 as a Demi Chef. She has also participated in high end food and beverage festivals including: LA Food and Wine, Beverly Hills Food and Wine, and OC’s Table For Ten. Luevano’s culinary vision is extended from her traditional French cuisine background, making her a trusted asset on culinary teams, where she has joined with Chef Esdras Ochoa and others. With a passion for competitive sports and strong family values, Luevano established a wellness concept in 2021 based in Boyle Heights, Los Angeles, providing “Conscious Cooking” meals to wellness and fitness enthusiasts across the city as a private chef. Currently, she is Chef de Cuisine at The Bourbon Room in Hollywood, CA where she is leading the upscale entertainment venue’s banquets and catering department.
